We do not currently offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on a product page.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be longer for high-capacity e-bikes, custom configurations, or pre-order items.

  • E-Bikes & Large Items: 5–10 business days

  • Mobility Scooters: 5–10 business days

  • Accessories & Parts: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery location.

E-Bike Delivery Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your e-bike or order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and product damage

  3. Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved

MobilScooter will assist with replacements or claims as applicable.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
MobilScooter is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
